Key Message

The RYODEN Group has been conducting sustainability-oriented management in line with our Purpose, "Giving shape to 'Waku-Waku(Excitement)' by connecting people and technology".

Looking ahead to our 100th anniversary, we have adopted "An Excellent Company Co-creating the Future" as our new vision from fiscal year 2025. In our medium- to long-term management plan, "ONE RYODEN Growth 2029 | 2034," which also started in the same year, we aim to further deepen our sustainability efforts and achieve sustainable corporate value enhancement by balancing social and economic value.

Furthermore, we have identified six priority material issues. Through these activities, we aim to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society as well as to the sustainable growth of the company itself, including the promotion of diverse work styles, improvement of quality by strengthening our own brand, development of new business areas, and enhancement of engagement through continuous dialogue and collaboration with stakeholders.
