The RYODEN Group’s Environmental Vision

To pass on a clean planet for the future... We established the RYODEN Group’s Environmental Vision in April 2020.

By 2030, we will accelerate our environmentally-friendly business activities to contribute to the creation of a sustainable society. By 2050, we will contribute to the achievement of a sustainable society through environment, security and safety, as a 100-year company.

Basic Philosophy on the Environment

Our Group recognizes that one of our important missions as a member of society is to pass on a better environment to the next generation based on the perception that we share the Earth’s environment with the people of the future. As a business creating company that continues to create new value that exceeds the traditional boundaries of dealerships and trading companies, we will accelerate eco-friendly business operations and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society from the perspectives of the environment, security, and safety in order to contribute to society and respond to our clients’ trust, which is our management philosophy. To achieve that through business operations, we will make every effort to reduce the environmental load caused by business activities, manage the chemicals contained in products, and commit to biodiversity.

Environmental Policy

Our Group will exert its efforts to the continuous improvement of the environmental management system we operate with the aim of protecting the earth’s environment and contributing to the sustainable development goals through all of our business activities. The promotion of our business activities will follow the policies listed below:

  1. 01 We will comply with environmental laws and regulations while meeting social demands and customer requirements for environmental protection, including the prevention of environment pollution.

    3. Appropriate communication of information and management through the management system for the chemicals contained in products
    4. Promotion of CSR activities in consideration of biodiversity

  2. 02 We will ensure that everyone working in and for the Group fully understands the Basic Philosophy on the Environment and the Environmental Policy. We will also provide educational and awareness-raising activities to ensure that all personnel understand and put into practice the Philosophy and the Policy. We will review the Environmental Policy on a regular basis and revise it as necessary.

  3. 03 By clarifying the policies for our suppliers, business partners, and affiliated companies and communicate the relevant information to them, we will reduce greenhouse gas emissions across the entire supply chain in the spirit of joint development and cooperation.

  4. 04 We will publish the Basic Philosophy on the Environment and the Environmental Policy for the general public in both printed and electronic forms.
