Labor union

The employees' labor union has been active since 1966. With the aim of ensuring a fulfilling, comfortable, and energetic life for the company's employees, the union regularly holds discussions on improving the working environment, revising various rules and regulations, negotiating wages, and holding meetings with senior management on the company's business strategies and management issues.

Both labor and management strive to create a better company through sound and stable industrial relations.
