Strategic moves such as choosing overseas manufacturers for cost efficiency, seeking new suppliers for business continuity plans, or partnering with startups often come with quality concerns. We feature a team of chemical management specialists to address these concerns through our dedicated quality control. By mentoring our manufacturing partners and overseeing their quality management systems, we support a stable supply of reliable products and a successful transition to mass production.

Quality Service

Our team of quality control specialists provide services according to your requirements, including manufacturer surveys prior to transactions commencing, quality audits, and on-site verification upon initial delivery.

Manufacturer Surveys

We survey the quality assurance and manufacturing control systems of manufacturers that you are considering, as well as such details as systems for change management and management of chemical substances in products, and report back about whether we can meet your needs. Furthermore, we can conduct surveys according to your check sheet as required.

Quality Audit

We visit a manufacturer on your behalf to check their manufacturing sites. Our auditors verify with their own eyes whether the manufacturing is conducted according to their QC process chart and whether they are complying with their own rules. We can also provide an environment where you can participate in the audit activities by using devices such as a web camera.

Follow-up and Support for Improvement

We visit a manufacturer on a regular basis to verify whether they are maintaining a system to consistently deliver quality by checking implementation of corrective measures for audit findings and quality improvements and report the results to you.
